High porosity ceramic granules for aquarium filters. These granules provide optimal surface area for beneficial nitrobacteria. Material is suitable for external canister filters, internal filters with material basket(s) and wet/dry filters. They they can also be used as substrate in plant filtration systems and in hydroponics growing systems and eves as a substrate in aquarium or garden pond.
Grain size is approximately 10-15mm.
