Electronic battery powered pen-style pH-meter with 0.0-14.0 pH measurement range and temperature compensation. Suitable for fast, easy and convenient pH measuring in aquarium, hydroponics and horticulture applications.
This pH-pen does not need to be stored with liquid inside the protective cap but the measurement electrode can be kept dry. When the pen is taken into use, the cap is removed, the electrode is cleaned with pure water (distilled water) and after use the electrode is cleaned again.
Meter's upper portion is not waterproof so it should not be immersed completely in water. Measuring only requires the tip of the pen to be immersed up to the upper edge of the protectice cap after which water is stirred gently
Do not store the meter in high temperature or in direct sunlight. If the meter is stored for a long period, batteries should be removed.
